I care about building communities and organizations that can make a difference for the next generation. My work is aligning vision, culture, and systems so what an organization says matters actually shapes what it does day to day.
I have led nonprofits for most of my working life. I was the founder and Executive Director of Sojourn Collegiate Ministry for 18 years, worked as the Director of Development for Park Street School, and now serve full time as the CEO for Hill House, Inc.
