Why we price this way.
We are in the same work you are, in different corners of it and at different stages. A seven hundred thousand dollar organization and a seven million dollar one are both building the same social good, and both need to know how they are doing.
So the price follows the budget. A larger organization pays more than a smaller one for the same work, which is what lets a small nonprofit afford the same assessment, and the same people, that a large one gets.
Everything after the assessment is scoped to what your organization needs, so we price it in conversation.

Smaller organizations
The work is shaped to the size of the organization.
An engagement runs in four passes at every size. We read the room, we survey your people, we bring back what we found, and we build the plan with you. An organization with a budget around a million dollars or under gets all four, in a version built for an organization that size.
More of the analysis is carried by the tools, and the session we spend on site with your team is shorter, because a leadership team of five works through findings in an afternoon where a team of thirty needs two days. It costs less for the same reason it takes less time. This is the shape the work takes at your size.
